RNM Productions Casting Division is based at the Maryland Innovation Center (MIC) in Columbia, Maryland — strategically positioned between Baltimore and Washington, D.C. The facility provides flexible studio configurations for live auditions, director sessions, and callbacks, as well as comfortable, professional waiting areas for talent and staff. With adaptable room sizes, reliable infrastructure, and convenient Mid-Atlantic access, MIC offers producers a polished and efficient casting environment designed to support both creative collaboration and production logistics.
